Cancellation and Missed Appointments Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Failure to inform of cancellation within 24 hours of the session will result in a fee of £30. The cancellation policy will be confirmed on a case-by-case basis.
Confidentiality
All counselling sessions are confidential, and information shared within the counselling environment will not be shared. However, we are required to break confidentiality in certain situations. We would aim to discuss this with you beforehand.
Accreditation
We are accredited through the NCPS (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society). We abide by the code of ethics shared by the NCPS through our counselling services.
Limitations
As professional counsellors, we are not ethically bound not to continue with therapy if it appears not to be beneficial to you and if appropriate, we will help you to receive support from an alternative source.
